Four key reforms related business issues is what business leaders will urge Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and his cabinet ministers today in the frames of Standart's ''Yes to the Bulgarian economy'' session. The industry has the highest expectations for reforms in the administration, judiciary, education and energy sectors, according to our newspaper's poll.
The prestigious event started today at 9 am in Sofia's Hotel Balkan, where Standart has brought together the government with over 150 representatives of the largest companies and foreign investors in the country. Their questions will be answered by Ministers of Finance Vladislav Goranov, Minister of Economy Bozhidar Lukarski and Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova.
The first 2016 forum of the national campaign "YES! On Bulgarian economy" is held in partnership with four national organizations representing employers in Bulgaria - CEIBG BICA, BCCI and BIA.
The discussion will include three chambers of commerce -the American, German and Greek ones.
The discussion will be also attended by the president of the Budget and Finance Committee Menda Stoyanova, as well as heads of state executive agencies.The forum will be broadcast live on TV "Channel 3" and Radio K2, with other media partners of the event being " Bulgaria on Air" and "Bloomberg TV".
The four key reforms are essential to improve the environment for doing business in the country and attracting more volume investment firm are businessmen. According to our poll, the respondents believe that investments are a guarantee for creating sustainable jobs, higher incomes and steady economic growth in the years ahead.
