Work on Extending Both NPP Units’ Life on Schedule

The Bulgarian Kozloduy NPP has been carrying out the activities on the extending of the life of its 5th and 6th unit on schedule. That is the experts’ conclusion after a meeting of the plant’s representatives with the consortia, executing the measures for the prolonging of the exploitation term of the two 1,000 megawatt units. The life of the units is expected to be extended to 60 years.
