Wage Employment Balance Remained Positive in Jan-July

Wage employment in the private sector grew in July, with the hiring/dismissal balance showing a positive 7,242 job positions, official figures on wage employment flows showed on Monday.
A monthly report by the Ergani IT system, said that new hirings totaled 225,856 in July while dissmisals or voluntary leaves totaled 218,614 in the month. Wage employment flows in the first seven months of 2017 was a positive 263,145 new job positions, the highest figure in the seven-month period since 2001. In the January-July period, hirings totaled 1,423,552 and dismissals 1,160,407.
