Vice President to Visit Hungary

Bulgarian Vice President Iliana Iotova will pay a working visit to Budapest on October 16 at the invitation of the Bulgarian community in Hungary ahead of Bulgaria-Hungary Friendship Day (October 19), the President's press secretariat reported on Sunday.
Iotova will be a guest of the Hungarian Parliament, where she will meet with Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Zsolt Nemeth and with Szimeon Varga, advocate for the Bulgarian nationality in the Hungarian legislature. Iotova will attend the parliamentary sitting.
Her agenda also includes talks with Interior Minister Sandor Pinter and with members of the Bulgarian community, and a visit to the Saint Cyril and Saint Methodius Church, the Bulgarian church in Budapest.
