Unemployment in Bulgaria Lowest since 2009

Eurostat reports that in November 2016, the European Union saw an 8.3% decline in unemployment. In Bulgaria last November unemployment was down to 7.1% from 7.2% in October reaching the lowest level since 2009 when it stood at 6.9%. Eurostat figures suggest that at the end of 2016 the EU economy and the Bulgarian one in particular continued to gain momentum.
