UK-Greek Tie-in To Conduct Engineering Design, Eco Impact Assesment on Bulgaria-Greece Gas Link

A consortium between UK-based Pensen and Greece's C&M Engineering was chosen to conduct engineering design and environmental impact assessment of a gas pipeline between Greece in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Energy Holding said.

"The consortium was awarded the contract as a conclusion of an international tender issued in January 2011, in which worldwide renowned engineering firms participated," the Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH), which is in charge of the Bulgarian part of the project, said in a statement on Thursday.
