Bulgarian Tourism Minister Angelkova Confers with BSEC Secretary General Christides

Bulgarian Tourism Minister Nikolina Angelkova conferred here on Monday with Organization for Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Secretary General Michael Christides, Angelkova's Ministry said in a press release.
"Bulgaria could play a leading role in promoting tourism in the Black Sea region. There are plans to put an emphasis on wine and gourmet tourism, which are on the Tourism Ministry's list of priority products for development," Angelkova said. The topic will be discussed further at a meeting of the BSEC Working Group on Cooperation in Tourism, which is currently chaired by Bulgaria.
Angelkova thanked Christides for his upcoming participation in a EU tourism ministers' meeting.
