Bulgaria's Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) has opened a tender procedure to award a digital television licence, according to documents published on its website.
Bids should be placed by March 14 and will be opened on the following day, according to documents published on the regulator's website at the end of last month.
Bidders have to deposit 72,000 levs ($49,369/36,813 euro) in order to participate in the tender.
The tender is part of Bulgaria's plans for digital TV switchover. So far CRC has issued six such licences.
The regulator said in January, before opening the tender procedure, that local companies DVBT, Bulsatcom and Dinamiks, have already expressed interest in the tender.
