Outgoing Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Ivaylo Moskovski Tuesday opened the 3rd ITU-ENISA Regional Cybersecurity Forum hosted by Bulgaria. The forum, to be held on November 29 and 30, is attended by over 80 experts from European state institutions and NGOs, as well as from the European Commission, NATO and the World Bank.
This event is jointly organized by the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA), in close cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications.
In respect to cybersecurity, it is exceedingly important to synchronise the operation of individual institutions, to compile a cybersecurity roadmap integrated with the European ones and the state to pay special attention to the subject, Moskovski told journalists.
