Bulgaria celebrates with Greece the Independence day

On March 25th the National Palace of Culture in the heart of Sofia was illuminated in blue and white commemorating  the bicentennial from the Greek  Revolution of 1821.

The iconic building in honor of the Greek nation joined the celebration of famous buildings and bridges all over the world and was lightened with the colors of the Greek flag yesterday all night long.  This was done following the arrangement of the Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria in collaboration with the Greek Embassy directly with the management of the National Palace of culture

The event offered a rear picture of the iconic building to the citizens of Sofia and was attended by H.E. the Ambassador of Greece in Sofia, Mr. Chronopoulos, HBCB chairman Mr. Theodoropoulos, representatives from the Greek embassy, HBCB BoD members and friends.

At the same time in Plovdiv the commercial building of the ¨Plovdiv Mall PLAZA¨ highly impressed in the most positive way the area dressed in blue and white contributing to the colorful events and commemorating 200 years of the declaration of the war of independence.
