The Bulgarian Stock Exchange BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, set a second consecutive all-time high closing value, adding 0.05% to 145.67 points on Tuesday.
The BGREIT was backed by a 0.96% increase in the share price of Advance Terrafund REIT.
The blue-chip SOFIX index, which has 15 members, fell 0.76% to 498.53 points on Tuesday. Lender Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) was the top decliner, erasing 4.72% of its share price.
Construction company Trace Group Hold and financial group Eurohold Bulgaria followed with losses of 2.82% and 2.31%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, slid 0.58% to 111.25 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, decreased 0.64% to 535.10 points.
Total regulated market turnover amounted to 467,000 levs ($287,000 levs/239,000 euro).
