The Bulgarian Stock Exchange BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, ended a nine-day winning streak after losing 0.24% to 126.97 points on Tuesday, retreating from its Monday all-time high close of 127.27 points. The BGREIT was hit by a 1.85% drop in the share price of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT (BREF), which traded heavily on Tuesday. Deal in BREF shares generated a turnover of some 563,000 levs, or 52% of the total daily regulated market trading turnover. The effect from the decrease in BREF shares was partially offset by a 0.79% rise in Advance Terrafund shares. The blue-chip SOFIX index erased 0.75% to 578.63 points, as drug maker Sopharma fell most among its members - by 2.92%.
