Ski Resort Bansko Launches 45 Mln Euro Water Supply, Sewer Project

The mountain town of Bansko, in southwestern Bulgaria, launched a 89 million levs ($59.5 million/45.5 million euro) project for upgrading its water supply and sewer networks, news agency focus-news said.
The project, co-financed under the EU-funded operational programme Environment, envisages the construction of a wastewater treatment plant, replacement and upgrade of the existing sewerage and water supply network in the town by September 2015, focus-news said.
