Shumen Opens Tender for Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade

 The municipality of Shumen, in northeastern Bulgaria, invited bids for a contract worth an estimated 24 million levs ($16.3 million/12.3 million euro) for the rehabilitation and expansion of a waste water treatment plant, a notice in the EU's procurement journal showed.
The works foreseen in the contract should be completed by June 30, 2014, according to the contract notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily.
Bids should be submitted by September 9.
