Shares change hands for drug maker Alkaloid

A total of 200 shares of North Macedonia-based drug maker Alkaloid [MSE:ALK], representing a 0.01% stake, changed hands in a 3.64 million denars ($64,500/59,200 euro) block transaction on the stock exchange in Skopje, bourse data showed.

The shares traded at 18,200 denars apiece in the block deal concluded on April 5, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.

Alkaloid's share capital is divided into 1,431,353 shares of 25.56 euro in par value.

The company's shares traded at an average price of 17,998 denars on the MSE on Tuesday, latest bourse data showed.

Alkaloid has two subsidiaries in North Macedonia and 18 subsidiaries and two representative offices abroad - in Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, the U.S. and the UK.
