Services of the GEMI will not be accessible to businesses in Greece from May 6 to May 9

Services of the General Electronic Commercial Registry (GEMI) will not be accessible to businesses in Greece from May 6 to May 9 (Friday-Monday), the Development & Investments Ministry said on Tuesday.

Services that will be affected include: one-stop registration of new companies (through chambers or notaries); entry of new transaction data; publication of acts and data on GEMI's web page; and the issuing of certificates or copies of acts and data on the GEMI database.

The registry is run by the ministry's General Secretariat for Commerce and the Union of Hellenic Chambers of Commerce. The interruption in service is related to transferring information systems to the Single Government Cloud Services (G-Cloud).
