Friday, 27 September 2013
A private enforcement agent has put up for sale a hotel in the Bulgarian capital Sofia at a starting price of 35.5 million levs ($24.5 million/18.2 million euro), a public auction notice showed.
Bids for the Rodina Hotel Complex can be placed from October 11 until November 11, a notice published on the website of the Bulgarian Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents on Monday indicated.
The winner will be announced on November 12.
A public auction for the hotel in the beginning of September failed to attract investor interest. The starting price had been set at 44.4 million levs.
