Greece's Energy Regulatory Authority on Wednesday said that its latest tender for photovoltaic and wind energy power stations saw a further decline in the absorption prices of green energy from renewable sources. According to the final results of the tender, 23 photovoltaic projects with a total power of 142.8 MW were approved, along with nine windpower projects of 1795 MW. The average price for photovoltaic projects was 62.78 euro/MWh and 67.32 euro/MWh for windpower projects, down from 63.81 and 69.53 euro/MWh in the previous tender last year, respectively. The Authority said that the power remaining to be auctioned for 2019 is 287.11 MW (photovoltaic) and 225.4 MW (windpower).
