(without excise duty and VAT), compared to the effective price for the third quarter of 2015, Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) Chairman Ivan Ivanov said at a news conference on Wednesday.
Throughout 2015, the natural gas price has been subjected to a phased reduction going down by a total of 31.16 per cent.

The change of the natural gas price results in a change of the heat energy charged by different utility companies across the country.
