Recovery of Bulgarian Office Space Market to Accelerate in 2014

The recovery of Bulgaria's office space market will accelerate in 2014 and will be accompanied by strong interest in investment deals, commercial property advisers Forton International said.
In 2013, Forton observed improvements in most market segments: higher occupancy in the case of quality office buildings with stable rents, expansion of international retail chains, and continued investment in production, giving grounds for expectations for strong interest in investment deals next year.
In 2014 the property advisers expect sharp growth in construction, both on the office and housing segments.
Bulgarian buyers are expected to remain especially active in the retail space sector, Forton said, adding that this will lead to increased demand for services in property management.
