Public Auction for Rodina Hotel in Sofia Attracts No Bids

A public auction for Rodina hotel in downtown Sofia at a starting price of 44.4 million levs (22.7 million euro/$30.1 million) failed to attract investor interest, business newspaper Capital Daily reported.  
The auction closed on September 9.
Under Bulgarian legislation, another attempt to sell the hotel can be made no sooner than October 9 as the starting price will be 20% lower.
