Public Auction for Publishing Co Rodina’s Building To Be Held June 25

Bulgaria's privatisation agency said that a public auction for the sale of printing and publishing company IPK Rodina's unfinished building in Sofia will be held at 0900 GMT on June 25.
Bidding will start at 20.0 million levs ($12.8 million/10.2 million euro) with a bid increment of 1.0 million levs, the agency said in a statement on Tuesday.
Participation documentation can be obtained by June 18. A participation deposit of 2.0 million levs is required.
The winner will have two options - to demolish the building, or to reconstruct it and put it into service within a year.
