Procurement for implementation of the energy efficiency measures at 28 public buildings in the city of Plovdiv is set to start in the fourth quarter of the year, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said.
The project's financing, estimated at 4.5 million euro ($5.8 million), is secured under the Kozloduy International Decommissioning Support Fund administered by the EBRD, the lender said in a statement issued at the end of last week.
The procurement will also seek project management consultancy services, technical assistance and technical supervision of the project implementation.
