Privatisation Agency Selects Co to Prepare Due Diligence for Stock Exchange Sale

Bulgaria’s privatisation agency said it has selected a local tie-up to prepare due diligence for the privatisation of 50.05% of Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia and 43.7% of Central Depository.

Kamburov-European Programme Advisory Main Capital has been selected over the remaining three candidates GIVE Consult; Ernst&Young Bulgaria and law firm Sabev& Partners;  and First Financial Brokerage House and law firm Tsvetkova, Bebov&Partners, the Privatisation and Post-Privatisation Control Agency said in a press release.

Last November, the privatization watchdog said Bulgaria plans to put up for sale its stakes in BSE and the Central Depository.
