Presidential Elections: Roumen Radev Leads with 25.52% of Polls after 99.35% of Ballots Counted

With 99.35 per cent of the tally sheets counted after the November 6 presidential elections in Bulgaria, the Socialist-backed presidential candidate Roumen Radev leads with 25.52 per cent of the votes leaving behind the candidate of the ruling GERB party, Tsetska Tsacheva, with 21.93 per cent, the Central Election Commission said Monday.
Radev and Tsacheva are going to runoff elections on November 13.
