President to Present Bulgaria’s Position at UN Climate Conference

On Monday, November 30, President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev will present Bulgaria’s position at the 21st UN Climate Conference in Paris, the press centre of the Bulgarian President’s Office announced.
The twenty-first session of the Conference of the Parties (COP) and the eleventh session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP) will take place from 30 November to 11 December 2015, in Paris, France.
The UN Climate Conference will adopt a global and legally binding agreement on joining the efforts of the separate countries in an attempt to restrict the increase of the average temperature to 20°C. 
The Bulgarian Head of State is expected to make a statement before conference participants.
