President Plevneliev to Address European Parliament in Strasbourg

Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev will address the plenary session of the European Parliament on Wednesday in Strasbourg, the European Parliament said in a press release. The address is expected to dwell on the future of Europe and the current challenges before the EU.
Plevneliev is the first Bulgarian head of State to make an address to the European Parliament.
