President Opened Dialogue on Bulgaria’s Strategic Goals by 2030 (ROUNDUP)

President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev launched a discussion on Bulgaria’s strategic goals by 2030 at the National Military University in the Bulgarian town of Veliko Tarnovo on Saturday.
The higher military education establishment hosted the fourth edition of President’s initiative themed Youth’s Vision for Bulgaria’s Development, which encourages the participation of young people in the decision making process when outlining the priorities in country’s development.
President Plevneliev set the start of the meeting with the university graduates themed Bulgaria 2030 – We Start the Debate.
The participants in the initiative held discussions with the secretaries and the advisers of the Bulgarian Head of State on how the long-term priorities would contribute for achieving the UN goals for sustainable development.
The debates were focused on the field of foreign policy, defence and security, economic development, regional development and infrastructure, social policies, legal affairs, education, healthcare, spirituality and culture.
