Bulgarian company Marieta, part of Gradus group, plans to invest some 40 - 45 million euro ($54 - 61 million) in a new shopping mall in the city of Burgas, on the Black Sea, the group said.
The company has already applied for a construction permit and has launched a procedure to select a contractor, a company official, Stefan Nikolov, said.
The 32,475-square metre Grand Galeria mall will be the fourth shopping mall in Burgas.
Gradus is Bulgaria's largest producer of poultry meat. It has its own feed mill, hatchery farms and poultry meat processing plant.
