Postbank introduces a new promotional offer - each new client with mortgage or house loan over EUR 10 000 will receive an IKEA credit card from Postbank with BGN 500 as a gift. The gift can be used for the purchase of home goods at the IKEA store in Sofia. The card has no annual maintenance fee and there is no loan extension charge. Postbank offers the credit card holders a preferential interest rate and grace period up to 45 days.
The offer is valid for all loan applications submitted until the end of the year. Postbank's house loan can be used for the purchase of a new home, construction and completion, as well as repairs and home improvements. The loan is offered in BGN and EUR and its maximum amount is up to EUR 250 000 or its equivalent in BGN with maximum size of financing up to 85% of the market value of the property. The bank also offers its clients new lower interest rates as well as additional discounts when using the Easy Life package. Each new client with mortgage or house loan also receives Flexi options allowing flexible management of the loan - customers can decrease the monthly instalment up to 50% or increase it up to 200% for a period of 6 months, and skip one instalment altogether once every calendar year.
