Postbank lowers price of all new home equity and home loan products

From the 8th of September Postbank is lowering the pricing of all new home equity and home loan products. The measure will lower the pricing for the bank's new home loan productionloan by 95 bps in Euro and by 120 bps in Bulgarian Leva, while the "Active Home" home equity product's pricing will mark a decrease of 25 bps in Euro and 20 bps in Bulgarian Leva. With this step the interest rate levels of the bank, which is a leader on the home loan segment, are among the most competitive on the market.

Additionally Postbank has launched a new incentive program which will allow customers further interest rate discounts up to 70 bps for its "Safe Home" product. The special "Easy Life" program has been developed to give clients applying for home loans from Postbank a highly competitive interest rate and additional benefits. The program offers clients three packages which can include receving their salary in the Bank, the "Universal Payer" service and different insurance options, allowing customers to receive preferential conditions and find the best fit for their needs. Customers applying for "Safe Home" with the full "Easy Life" package can expect a fixed interest rate as low as 7.05% for the first two years for loans in Euro.
