Postbank Launches New Service To Enable Its American Express Cardmembers To Shop Online From U.S. Merchants
Postbank, exclusive issuer of American Express credit cards in Bulgaria, announced the launch of GlobalShop*, an online service for Cardmembers with American Express Cards issued by Postbank in Bulgaria. The new service will allow Postbank's American Express Cardmembers to shop online from merchants in the U.S. easily and safely, and to have their items shipped to them faster at a convenient destination address in Bulgaria.
More than 1.7 million of the largest online-stores and web-sites in the U.S. (including those that currently do not support delivery outside the U.S. or to the territory of Bulgaria) will open their virtual doors to those American Express Cardmembers who use GlobalShop services. The GlobalShop portal provides a physical address in the U.S., which will be used as a delivery address for Cardmembers when shopping at U.S. online sites. Once the ordered goods arrive at this address, GlobalShop experts will undertake all work associated with international shipping, customs clearance, as well as the transfer of the ordered goods to the Cardmember's door in Bulgaria.
Convenient shopping is complemented by an assurance of a transparent process of notification about shipping costs, the amount of customs duties and charges, customer service, and gives support in the process of ordering and delivery, information about special offers and sales in U.S. stores.
