PM Unveils Deputy in Charge of Economic Issues

Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski will propose that economist Daniela Bobeva be appointed as deputy prime minister in charge of economic issues, the Bulgarian News Agency reported.
The new deputy PM will be responsible for the coordination of economic policies, foreign investments, e-government and the improvement of the administrative services for business and citizens.
Oresharski will table the proposal before the National Assembly on Wednesday.
Bobeva has been vice-president of the Thessaloniki-based Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, and head of the Bulgarian National Bank’s directorate for international relations and European integration.
