Bulgarian PM Boyko Borisov participated in Brussels in the session of the CONSILIUM, dedicated to the financial stability of EU and its relations with its strategic partners China, USA and Russia.
Before that the Bulgarian PM took part in a meeting of leaders of EU member-states, governed by rightist formations, members of the European People's Party.
Bulgaria's accession to Schengen was fully supported at the meeting. The creation of a special group of experts was negotiated. Its members will represent those states that have their doubts on Bulgaria's accession to Schengen next year.
President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy and President of the EC Jose Manuel Barroso also attended the meeting.
