Delyan Dobrev and Desislava Atanasova were sworn in as ministers of the economy and healthcare, respectively, before the National Assembly on Wednesday.
Atanasova replaces Stefan Konstantinov, while Dobrev succeeds Traicho Traikov.
Atanasova was elected with 120 MPs voting in favour, and 46 against, state-run Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) said on Wednesday. The Blue Coalition did not take part in the vote, whereas the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP), the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) and Ataka were against her nomination. Dobrev's appointment was approved with 119 votes in favour and 42 against.
The opposition Coalition for Bulgaria, the MRF, Ataka and the Blue Coalition declared they will not support the Cabinet changes, saying they were not backed by sound arguments.
