Parliament Adopts 2014 Budget

The National Assembly passed conclusively the national budget for 2014 on Monday, the Bulgarian News Agency reported.
The 2014 budget may be described as social, re-starting the economy and oriented towards acceleration of the economic growth, the news agency quoted finance minister Peter Chobanov as telling journalists in Parliament. 
The budget is complied with the economic development and does not neglect fiscal stability, he added. 
The 2014 state budget targets a budget gap equivalent to 1.8% of the projected gross domestic product.  Real economic growth is projected at 1.8%. Inflation too is seen at 1.8%.
