OVER 250 STUDENTS ATTENDED GLOBUL HOUR LECTURES

Over 250 students from the Technical University - Sofia and the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski attended the lectures from the GLOBUL Hour educational initiative during the 2012/2013 school year. The operator's initiative is held for a sixth year in a row with the aim to support the practical training of young people and guide them in their future career.

Within the program, GLOBUL specialists presented series of lectures, related to the construction and management of telecommunications infrastructure. During the classes, students had the chance to receive information on the current trends in the technology field and to become familiar with the specifics of the everyday work in this area.

"The lectures within the GLOBUL Hour initiative give students the opportunity to enrich their knowledge and to receive practical advices from experienced professionals. For us the most important criteria for success is the interest of young people to the program. The initiative expands its scope each year, including new subjects in order to be most useful for students and cover interesting topics." - GLOBUL Head of Recruitment Section and project coordinator Boryana Radkova commented.

The next edition of the GLOBUL Hour initiative will start this fall, once again aimed at engineering and IT students from some of the leading universities in the country.
