The opening party will be on Friday 31 October 2014 with OREXIS TEAM – a Culinology team of 5 professionals, who approach food in a different way, blending food with science and technology. Molecular fingerfood creations and unique, exciting cocktails, paired with live music from Magi Aleksieva.
On Saturday 1 November 2014, the highly acclaimed Chef Michalis Ntounetas, with working experience in Luxembourg, Milan, Cuba, Morocco and Athens French cuisine, will prepare a menu of French haute cuisine through his own eyes.
