Omnibus Bill on Prior Actions to Be Submitted to Parliament on October 12

The omnibus bill on the prior actions Greece needs to implement will be approved by parliament on October 12 in fast track procedure and not an urgent procedure, allowing for three days of debate, government spokeswoman Olga Gerovasili told a private radio station on Friday.
Speaking to Sto Kokkino, Gerovasili said that ministries will complete today the submission of the laws that have to be included in the bill, so that it will be ready by Monday.
She also explained that this procedure will allow the bill to be discussed from October 15-17 and that it will include many articles, so that a more analytical discussion can take place. “Each party will have a chance to say which one [article] it considers negative, which one it considers positive and take a clear position on what they support and what they don’t,” she added.
