No Serious Migration Pressure Along Bulgaria Borders

“There is no serious pressure along the Bulgarian borders,” said Senior Commissioner Antonio Angelov, Director of the General Directorate of Border Police, speaking at a briefing on Wednesday.
“We do not report a peak of people crossing our borders. The situation along all borders of the country is relatively calm for the season and there are no big groups of migrants heading towards our territory,” Mr Angelov commented further.
Senior Commissioner Antonio Angelov assured that the General Directorate of Border Police, with the assistance of the General Directorate of National Police, made all the needed efforts to keep the Bulgarian borders calm at the background of the complex situation in the entire Europe.
