ND Leader: Cyprus’ Success Shows that When There’s A Will, A Country Can Exit a Bailout Program Sooner

Cyprus’ success in returning to the markets shows that when there’s a will, a plan and a program, a country can exit the memorandum sooner, New Democracy (ND) leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis said on Saturday, during a speech on Europe at the party’s congress.
Commenting on the challenges facing Europe, Mitsotakis said the first one is and remains the unfinished monetary union and the second is the management of the refugee crisis.
