By the document the signatories will commit to the construction of the pipeline that will be a direct connection between the most gas-rich regions in the world - the Caspian and the Middle East, with the European gas users.

The pipeline will start at the Eastern Turkish border and will end at Baumgarten in Austria through Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary.
