Most Managers in Bulgaria Optimistic for Economic Situation in 2015

As many as 64% of top managers in Bulgaria are optimistic for the economic situation in the country this year, the local unit of executive search firm and recruitment agency Stanton Chase International said on Tuesday.
Priorities for managers this year will be sustaining stable cash flow and discovering talents, the agency said, quoting the results of a recent survey it conducted among 203 executive managers.
About half of the survey respondents have more than 10 years of experience at senior managerial positions. A total of 18% of them operate in the consumer goods and services sector, 16% work in the telecommunications sector, 12% in the industrial sector, and another 10% in pharmaceuticals.
Not surprisingly, technology, telecommunications and outsourcing/ BPO are considered to have had the biggest growth in 2014, the agency also said.
