The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works issued a building permit for the first 6 km of lot 3.1 of the Struma motorway between Blagoevgrad and Krupnik, the press office of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works has announced.
The document signed by Minister Nikolay Nankov also permits the reconstruction of a part of the municipal road to the village of Pokrovnik and the displacement of the village water main.
The section between Blagoevgrad and Krupnik is about 13 km long and the construction contract is for 186 million leva provided by the Operational Program “Transport and Transport Infrastructure” 2014-2020. The project includes the construction of 8 bridge facilities with a total length of about 850 m, 3 overpasses, 3 underpasses, 4 agricultural underpasses and 3 road junctions.
