Management changes in Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD (Postbank)

Eurobank EFG AD Bulgaria (Postbank) announces the following changes to its top Management team effective as of July 2nd, 2012:

Mr. Anthony Hassiotis will assume the position of Country CEO and CEO of Bancpost S.A., Eurobank EFG's subsidiary in Romania. For the last 8 years Mr. Anthony Hassiotis has held the position of Country CEO and CEO of Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD (Postbank). During this period he played an instrumental role in accelerating the Bank's growth, successfully completing the merger with DZI Bank, strengthening the Bank's market position and establishing Postbank as one of the leading Banks in Bulgaria. Concurrently, he was able to become a trusted and distinguished member of the Bulgarian society and the banking community.

Mrs. Petia Dimitrova, currently Executive Director and Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of Postbank, will be appointed Country CEO and CEO of Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD (Postbank). Mrs. Dimitrova appointment is the result of her 9 years' experience at Postbank and her valuable contribution to the successful evolution of the financial institution. Mrs. Dimitrova started her career in 1996 at the US Embassy. For the period 1998 - 2003 she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Manager/Auditor. She joined Postbank's team in 2003 and during her tenure at the bank she held the positions of Country CFO, Procurator of the Bank, Executive Director and Member of the Management Board. Mrs. Dimitrova is a widely recognized professional in the fields of Banking, Finance, Auditing, Consultancy, and Privatization. In March 2012 she was chosen to be one of the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders for her exceptional achievements in the field of management on both professional and social level.

Finally, Mr. Petros Angelakis, Deputy General Manager of International Activities Division, Eurobank EFG, will assume the position of the Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD (Postbank), responsible for Operations, Information Technology and Organization.
The management changes are subject to regulatory approval and will become effective as of July 2nd, 2012.
