A Bulgarian tie-up won a tender for the reconstruction of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Bulgaria's second biggest city of Plovdiv worth an estimated 58.8 million levs ($33.9 million/30.1 million euro), the Plovdiv municipality said.
