Local Consortium Gets 16.6 Mln Euro Sewer Project in Stara Zagora

A consortium led by local company Trace Group Hold signed a 32.4 million levs ($22 million/16.6 million euro) contract with the municipality of Stara Zagora for sewer construction works, Trace Group said.
The tie-up, comprising also Bulgarian civil engineering company PSI, Vodstroy 98 and Infrastructurno Stroitelstvo, is to build the main collector and the discharge canal of the city of Stara Zagora, along with the sewer systems in nearby villages. Works are to be completed by September 30, 2014, Trace Group said in a filing with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The order is part of the Integrated Water Project for Stara Zagora, which aims to resolve problems with the collection and treatment of wastewater, the municipality said on its website.
