Unemployment in Bulgaria next year is likely to remain unchanged at some 11-12%, labour minister Totyu Mladenov said.
"The ministry has allocated 72 million levs through the end of 2012 for support of businesses in keeping existing jobs and opening new ones," the Sofia News Agency (Novinite.com) quoted Mladenov as saying during a visit to Vratsa, in northwestern Bulgaria, over the weekend.
"Next year we will increase somewhat funds for subsidized employment, especially for those who have for long remained jobless, as well as for the disabled," Mladenov also said.
