Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is welcoming the brightest stars of the cast
In two consecutive weekends, the best of the best in alpine skiing are in Bansko for the regular starts of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup - first the men, then the ladies. This "double" hosting within one season happens in Bulgaria for the first time ever and once again proves the international respect Bansko has gained as one of the premiere winter resorts in Europe.
As usual, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is at the epicenter of this exciting winter event. The winter resort's most elite hotel is a key location for official guests and VIPs during the AUDI FIS Men's Alpine Ski WORLD CUP Bansko, 18-19 February 2012 and AUDI FIS Ladies' Alpine Ski WORLD CUP Bansko, 25-26 February 2012.
A unique VIP Gala dinner will take place in the VIP tent at the very ski track or 1500 meters above sea level on Friday night - 24th February. The charity event will feature 5 of the best female skiers on the planet -Lindsey Vonn, Maria Riesch, Anja Paerson, Lara Gut and Julia Mancuso- and will raise funds to support young talents of ski sport in Bulgaria. 200 selected guests will savor an outstanding gourmet menu and the hotel will contribute generously to the charity raffle.
During these memorable two weeks many other activities and parties will also take place at the "Gallery" restaurant and the cozy Piano Bar "Sing Sing". And in the end, after an adrenaline-pumping competition, the skiers will be able to relax and recharge their batteries at the exceptional Zalez SPA and Wellness center.
