Investment Funds' Assets Stood at Lv 3,105.2 Mln in End-June, Up 38.9% YoY

The assets managed by resident and non-resident investment funds operating in Bulgaria totalled 3,105.2 million leva as at end-June 2017, up by 869.7 million leva (38.9%) year-on-year.
As a percentage of GDP, resident and non-resident investment funds assets stood at 3.2% as at end-June 2017, compared to 2.4% of GDP a year earlier.
The assets of resident investment funds amounted to 1,167.6 million leva as of end-June, increasing by 307.7 million leva (35.8%) year-on-year. Equity funds' assets increased by 157.7 million leva (51.6%) to 463 million leva at end-June, whereas mixed funds' assets grew by 48.3 million leva (27.3%) to 225.6 million leva.
